Create an export file (backup)

If you want to export your products from the webshop to make a backup of your products, this is very easy. We have the following two options that you can use to export your products: 

Option 1: 
You can easily export your products via the app products that you can install in the app store. Once you've installed the app, you can find it here: Starting point > My Products > Export products. Do you use different languages in your webshop? You can specify which language you want to export in the app. You can run an export as a CSV or XML file. 

Option 2: 
You type in the browser the following: http: // <domain name> /ExportFiles /Export.php?Type=Backup. For <domain name> enter your own domain name. Then you will see all the products together with the properties of the product. You can read this document in Microsoft Excel and save it in a text file.
