CCV Shop has realized a link with MyParcel. MyParcel is a solution for online retailers who want to organize their shipping process more easily and economically. The main advantages are advantageous rates, excellent service and the reliable delivery of PostNL.
With the link that CCV Shop has developed, you can easily register your shipments at MyParcel with the press of a button in the maintenance tool and then print a label directly without being logged into MyParcel. The Track & Trace code is also automatically added to an order, so that you can inform the customer by means of a status update. This saves you a lot of time because you do not have to enter your details again or you have to work with import files.
Setting up MyParcel
Linking with MyParcel is very simple. Of course you first have to have an account with MyParcel. This can be requested on the MyParcel website. If you have an account with MyParcel, you also need to request an API key. This can be requested from your MyParcel account manager. If this has been arranged, you can set up this account in CCV Shop's maintenance tool. This can be set via: "Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > Shipping cost & logistics > MyParcel shipping service". You may have to install the app first, you can find the app here: ''Starting point > App Store > MyParcel Shipping service. You will find here the following settings that you have to fill in to make the link work:
Enter the username with which you log in on the MyParcel.nl website.
MyParcel API key:
Enter the API key that you received from your account manager at MyParcel.
Signature on delivery:
Indicate here if you want a signature for receiving the package. If you wish, the recipient must first sign the delivery person before he / she can receive the package.

Return on no reply:
Indicate here if the package should be returned when no one is home.

Only home address:
When the packages you send can not be delivered to the neighbors, it is best to set this setting to 'Yes'. As a result, the package will not be delivered to the neighbors.

MyParcel has several insurance policies for sending your package. Of course it is possible to not insure the package. You can also insure the full order value. You can also opt for a fixed insured amount. If there is a better discount in which the order fits completely, then a more favorable insured amount is automatically sent. (Please note that additional costs are charged to MyParcel when you are insured for shipping.) You can contact MyParcel for more information). CCV Shop is not liable for incorrect settings / shipments regarding insurance and other possibilities. Always check before sending the package if the correct label has been printed with the corresponding insurance.

Congratulations! You have now made a link with MyParcel. You can now use the link. There are two ways to send an order to MyParcel and print a label. This is possible with an individual order and through group actions.
Send an order with an individual order
As you probably know, all orders are in the order management within your shop. ("Starting point > My Customers > Order management) and you manage all incoming orders there. If you click on an order in order management, you will get a new window with all the information about this order. If you then go to tab "Connections" you will see a header "Export order to MyParcel".
If you have not yet sent the order to MyParcel, you have one option: "Sign in to order and download MyParcel label". If you click on it, the order will be sent to MyParcel and a shipment will be created at MyParcel. Then if successful, you will receive the label you can print as a download. In addition, the Track & Trace code is automatically filled in with the order so that you can inform the customer.
If you have already sent the order to MyParcel with an order, you will see two options: "Sign the order again and download a new label" and "Download label for shipping".
The first option "Sign the order again and download a new label" is meant to re-register the order if, for example, you have removed the shipment from MyParcel or there are, for example, changes to the address of the order. Please note that the old shipment is not automatically deleted at MyParcel but that you have to do this manually at MyParcel.
With the second option "Download label for shipping" you can easily print the label again. All data at MyParcel will then remain the same, you will only receive the label that you can print on the box.
Sending orders by group actions
If you want to send multiple orders to MyParcel at the same time and / or print multiple labels at the same time, you can use a group action. In the order management you can put a checkmark for each order. You can check multiple orders that you want to send to MyParcel. Then select "Select group action" at the top of the pull down menu and then select "MyParcel labels". Then all orders that have not yet been sent to MyParcel are automatically sent. In addition, a label is created for each order and can then be downloaded.
Only orders that have not yet been sent to MyParcel will be created. They are not re-created so that you do not receive duplicate shipments in MyParcel and can print multiple orders in one go without having to worry about the technology behind it. If you still want to send a shipment over to MyParcel, you can do this with an individual order. For more information you can view the paragraph above ("Send an order with an Individual order").
In the order management you can see with every order whether the order has been sent to MyParcel or not. You can also see if this has been successful.
If there is no yellow package at the bottom of the order, the order has not yet been sent. If there is a yellow package with a green arrow to the right, the order has been sent successfully. When there is a yellow parcel with a red stop sign, the order has been sent, but it has not been successful. By means of these icons you always have an overview of which orders have been sent and not. Also with an individual order, under the tab "Connections", the history of the actions taken to MyParcel is kept.
PostNL Checkout integration in MyParcel
The MyParcel plugin can also be used in combination with the PostNL Checkout. Your customers can choose a different delivery address, different time or a PostNL pick-up location when ordering. When generating the label, MyParcel takes this into account and generates a custom label.
PostNL Checkout is an app that you can find in the CCV Shop App Store under the category "Shipments".
You do not need a PostNL account if you want to use it. You only have to activate the delivery options. MyParcel does not support 'Sunday delivery' and 'Same day delivery'. Please note! If you want these delivery options, the PostNL Verzendservice does support these deliveries.
