Do you want the visitors of your webshop to be contacted quickly and easily if they have questions about a product? By means of the "Ask a question" app, a customer can easily ask a question on every product page via e-mail, telephone or social media. In the mail you receive you will see a product number and a link to the product, so you can switch directly and give feedback to the customer.
With a question the consumer can easily and quickly approach the web merchant. They can do this through a number of buttons. For example, the option Show "Ask a question about this product" must first be turned on in the webshop before the consumer can use it.
You have the possibility to add an image to this space to personalize the "ask a question". Which makes the consumer more inclined to actually ask a question. (We recommend a square image 100x100 .jpg or .png).
Enter e-mail address
As a merchant you have to enter your e-mail address where you want to receive the question. The consumer sees the following screen on your webshop when clicking on mail.
After sending, the consumer receives a confirmation and the following screen appears. This text can be adjusted via the app "Custom texts".
In addition, there is the option to enter a telephone number. Where on mobile can be immediately printed on the block to be able to make direct calls. (If you do not enter a number, it will not be shown on the website).
Show Social Media
As a last option you can turn on Facebook and Twitter. This setting is taken from the "Social Media" from your settings.
