Can't find a solution or are you experiencing problems with your webshop? Our support department will be happy to help you. To do so, however, you need to turn on the "Assistance by support professional" setting. They can then watch your maintenance panel without your password.
In addition, one of our support staff may ask you to give us access to certain parts of your web shop, such as "My Orders" or "My Products". You only need to give us access to things that are important for the research. This allows us to check some settings in your maintenance panel in order to find a solution together with you as soon as possible. This is only necessary during the resolution of the reported problem, then this may be set to "No" again so that we no longer have access.
