In the CCV Shop webmail, it is possible to set up filters. These filters can be compared with rules in Outlook, with which you can automate your emails. You can set up filters for automatic replies, but also for moving or deleting e-mail
You can log into your webmail at webmail.ccvshop.nl. If you do not have login details, you can request them from our support department. The filters are set via the settings in the webmail.
Step by step
- When logged into the CCV Shop webmail, you can choose 'Settings' in the upper right corner.
- After that you can choose 'Filters', to get to the filter menu.
Filterset
A filter set allows you to manage multiple filters at once. You can enable/disable a filter set, but also download and delete it. You can create multiple filter sets, allowing you to categorize the filters.
Filters
Using the plus sign you can create a filter. You can choose the following settings for a filter:
- Filter name: Here you enter the name for the filter.
- Filter enabled: Here you choose whether the filter is enabled or not.
- or incoming email: Here you choose which emails the filter applies to. Here you can choose from 'matching all of the following rules', 'matching any of the following rules' or 'all messages'. Additionally you can set rules based on subject of the mail, but also sender and etc.
- ...execute the following actions: Here you choose what to do with the emails. For example, you can choose to move a message to another folder, but also to automatically reply or forward the e-mail.
After saving a filter is immediately active. A complete roadmap for setting up an automatic reply can be found in this article.
