The contact form is a page element with which you can offer your customers a form on your webshop so that they can contact you.
You can design both the form and the thank you page as you wish.
Contact form layout
To add a contact form you need a modular page. You can create a new page or change an existing page via Start> My webshop> My pages.
Choose the page where you want to add (or change) your contact form by clicking "Edit content".
Then click the "Add element" button. In the pop-up that appears, choose "Contact form"
You can now add fields to the form yourself via the "Add input field" button.
The operation of the form can be adjusted via the "Settings" button.
E-mail address & Send e-mail
This is the email address where all contact form will be sent. You can choose to disable the sending of the confirmation of the completed form by ticking the box "Send e-mail". You can easily find all completed contact forms in the maintenance tool of your webshop via Start> My customers> Contact form.
Thank you page
Setting up the thank you page that is displayed after a visitor has sent a contact form on your webshop is optional. By default we offer the search page as a thank you page. Do you want to create a thank you page yourself? Then create a new page and design it according to your preferences, after which you set the URL of this page as a thank you page in the contact form. You do this by choosing "Change content" at Start> My webshop> My pages under "Contact" and entering the URL of the thank you page created by you at "Thank you page".
Tip: Create a new page that is not visible in your menu structure.
Filled out forms
The completed contact forms can be found easily and conveniently in the maintenance tool of your webshop via Startpunt> My customers> Contact form. You can also download any attached attachments via the detail screen. Do you have the login system on and is your customer logged in? Then you can also see which customer has completed the contact form, and you can easily click through to the corresponding order history.
