Macro

Macro is a theme that has been optimised for webshops with a wide range of products. For example, webshops that operate business-to-business or are linked to a wholesaler. For example, the search bar is prominent and the menu of the theme lends itself well to many categories. The product views are more compact, allowing more products to be displayed on a page. Above all, the overall design is clean and well-organised. The colour of the call to action buttons and navigation can of course be adjusted and four different product views are available. The product images scale well with each device size because there is a fixed ratio for an image. On the mobile view, products can be viewed by swiping instead of scrolling down. This is much more user friendly. As far as the footer is concerned, theme Macro gives you a lot of choice. You can arrange the footer almost completely the way you want it.

Webshop styling 

General
In this section the general styling of the theme can be adjusted. This means that you can upload the logo here and choose the colors that match your corporate identity. You can set three colours here. The primary color is for the color that best fits your corporate identity. The call-to-action color is meant for the most important action on the page. Use a striking color for the call-to-action color. Finally, you can change the text color. Use a colour that is easy for your visitors to read.

Typography
You can set two types of typography. First, set the typography for all titles on a page. Second, set the typography for the text. We have carefully looked at which types of typography fit together well.

Header
In this section you can adjust the header. This is the bar where the button of the mega menu is located and possibly the pages. It is possible to change the color of the bar and also the text color. The text of the button of the megamenu is free to fill in and you can indicate how many pages are allowed to be visible in the bar.

USPs 
Here you can adjust the styling of the USP's (Unique Selling Points). You can change the color of the icon, the text color and possibly the background color of the bar.
USP 1, 2 and 3
For each USP you can select an icon and define your own text.

Slider 
Here you can show the slider or not on the homepage.
Slide 1, 2 and 3. 
The image of each slide has a landscape format. We recommend to use an image with a size of 1140x476 pixels. You can also add a title, text and a button for each slide.

Slider Blocks 
Here you can show the slider blocks or not on the homepage.

Block 1 and 2
With both blocks you can add a title, text and image. Do you only want to add a title and a text? Or just use an image? That's possible. The block automatically adapts to this. Tip: don't upload an image that is too high, because this can cause the block to no longer look good.

Block 3
With this block you can show the offers from your webshop. On a mobile phone or tablet you will be able to swipe through them, on a laptop or PC you can click through them. All products that have the check mark "Show product in the layout of the website if Window "On offer" is present" (can be found under the tab Options for a product) will be shown here.

Product views
As in all themes there are 4 different product views available. Each view has its own ratio for the product images.

Block display 1 and 2
Block display 1 and 2 uses a ratio of 16:9. Here it is wise to assume a minimum size of 300x169.

List view 1
List view 1 uses a ratio of 3:4. Here it is wise to assume a minimum size of 141x188.

Category views
For the categories there are 2 views available. These also have a unique ratio that is used for the images.

Category view 1
Category display 1 uses a ratio of 16:9. Here it is wise to assume a minimum size of 300x169. 

Category display 2
Category view 2 uses a ratio of 16:9. Here it is wise to assume a minimum size of 451x601.

Elements 
Extra block (bottom of page)
This block is free to fill in and will be shown at the bottom of the page (just above the footer). You can add an image, title and text here and if you have social media accounts linked you can have them displayed here as well.

Newsletter
If you turn on this block you give someone the opportunity to fill in an email address and sign up for your newsletter. The title and text are also free to fill in.

Bottom of page
Here you can upload a total of five images. These images are displayed at the very bottom of each page. It is customary to display images of the payment methods you offer or the quality marks your webshop has.

Footer 
For the footer you have six elements you can add. With each element you can indicate at which position you want to show it. On the basis of the chosen elements and the positions, the layout of the footer will be constructed.

Logo
Here you can upload an image.

Categories
With this element you can show all the main categories of your webshop.

Menu
With this element you can show all pages.

Social Media
With this element you can show all linked social media accounts. 

Text
With this element you can add a freely definable title and text to the footer.

HTML
With this element you can add your own HTML. Think for example of a Facebook or Instagram widget.
