iDEAL Rabobank

CCV Shop supports Rabobank's iDEAL. The package that CCV Shop supports is the 'Professional' and 'Lite' variant. In addition, CCV Shop also supports Rabobank Omnikassa.
Because CCV Shop is PSP (Payment Service Provider) from Rabobank, you can easily link your online store. This allows you to benefit from a competitive rate, in case you want to connect your iDEAL connection via Rabobank. When applying for iDEAL at Rabobank, you must select CCV Shop as PSP. With this, a number of important technical institutions are immediately right in your shop.  Without these settings your connection will not work in your web store.

What do you have to do to link iDEAL Rabobank to your CCV Shop webshop?

• Apply for iDEAL on the Rabobank website. You can click on this link to apply. Choose at Payment Service Provider for 'CCV Shop' or for 'connection via CCV Shop'.
• You will receive an Acceptent ID after requesting the iDEAL account. Setting up iDEAL can then be done in your maintenance tool via: "Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > Ordering process & Stock > Payment methods". Make iDEAL active, select 'Rabobank Professional' as the provider and fill in your Acceptant ID.
• It is possible to connect several web shops to one contract with Rabobank's iDEAL connection. Enter the SubID if you have one. Otherwise you can leave it set to the number '0'.
• When your contract with Rabobank is fully activated, iDEAL should work immediately.

I already have a Rabobank iDEAL contract
If you already have an iDEAL contract, but have not declared CCV Shop as PSP, then you can create a ticket in the iDEAL dashboard. You can ask for the PSP to convert to CCV Shop.

Please note! iDEAL is only possible from package M of CCV Shop.
