Can I use a direct debit?

When a customer places an order with you and chooses direct debit, you have to arrange the collection yourself. You need a contract with your own bank for this. The bank has the facilities to do this.

Please note: Direct debit with your customers is therefore only an indication in CCV Shop, nothing happens with the actual software (except for direct debit via Buckaroo.nl).
