When you get a message in your web shopping cart that your iDEAL account is not yet active or a text such as 'Merchant Unknown', your iDEAL connection is not working yet. Then check the following steps:
Within CCV Shop:
Check at ''Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > Ordering process and stock > Payment methods'' if you have chosen the right provider. Verify that the MerchantID or AccepentID is correct.
At the bank:
Check in the bank's dashboard whether the activation is approved and check in any case whether your connection is actually approved for the production environment (not the test environment). Have all forms been sent and received by the bank? Sometimes it can take several days to work after the activation but if it takes longer than 2 or 3 working days, please contact the bank.
