Can I request additional e-mail addresses?

Depending on your package, you have a number of e-mail addresses with your package. If you would like to have more e-mail addresses then you can send an e-mail to the support department. The costs of an extra e-mailbox are € 5.95 excl. VAT per year.

If you have not moved your domain to us or if we have not requested your domain, we can not request an e-mail address for you.
