Migrating a domain to CCV Shop

You can migrate your domain/domain name to CCV Shop.  Please note that a domain transfer can take up to 5 working days. 

1) The migration procedure for a .nl, .eu, .de, .ch, .com, .info, .net, .be, .org or .co.uk domain is as follows:

• You contact your current registrar/provider requesting the Token (this may also be called EPP code or migration code).
• In the maintenance tool of your webshop, go to: “Starting point > My subscription > Link domain name”. In this window, select the option “I already have a domain name and want to migrate it to CCV Shop”. In the following window, fill in all the required details and then click on “Migrate”.
• We will then submit a request for the migration. Once confirmed, you will be informed by e-mail. We will also link the domain to your webshop.

2) The migration procedure for other domains is as follows:

• You contact your current registrar/provider requesting the Token (this may also be called EPP code or migration code).
• Then, send an email to [e-mail] including the following form, filled in as completely as possible.
• We will submit a request for the migration. Once confirmed, you will be informed by e-mail. We will also link the domain to your webshop.

Points for attention

• The address cannot be a PO Box.
• The telephone number cannot be a 0900 (premium) number.
• The email address under “Your details” cannot be included in the same domain as the domain applied for. Please fill in an alternative email address here.
• Migrating a .com domain may take more than 10 working days. If the .com is under 60 days old, a 60‑day waiting period applies for the migration to take effect.
• When migrating a .eu domain, a confirmation email will be sent to the administrative contact of the domain. The domain will not be migrated until the migration is confirmed. 
• Registration email: Requesting a domain migration is not possible using an email address included in the domain to be migrated. We need an alternative address to send you the user details you need to log into your new email account.
