SOFORT Banking is a convenient and secure payment method that you can offer in your webshop. Your customers pay with their data and codes for internet banking. This means optimal safety. Because you receive a transaction confirmation in real time, an order processing is immediately possible. SOFORT Banking operates in 11 European countries.
Please note! Klarna has taken over Sofort banking.
If you want to use SOFORT Banking, you have to set it up in both your web store and your SOFORT Banking account. These settings are essential for proper operation between both systems. This manual describes the SOFORT Banking link.
Request Sofort Banking
You can apply for SOFORT Banking via this link. For information about applications and contracts, we refer you to the SOFORT Banking website. After the application you will receive a CustomerID which you will have to fill in later in your CCV Shop webshop.
Within SOFORT Banking, there are a number of settings and data that you must complete and adjust. This manual only discusses the settings that are relevant to the integration between SOFORT Banking and CCV Shop. For the other institutions we refer you to the website www.sofort.com.
Creating a project
You have to create a project within SOFORT Banking for each webshop. The ID of this project needs to be filled in later in your CCV Shop web store.
Base Settings
After you have created the project, you can open it and enter various settings. The 'Interface' block is important for integration.

You must enter a 'success link' and a 'cancel link' here. See figure 2 where you can fill this out.

Please note! Always use the domain for the 'secure environment'. See in the maintenance panel via: "Starting Point > My Webshop > Settings > General > Domains' which domain it is exactly.
Extensive settings
In addition to the 'quick settings', there are also various 'extensive settings' that are essential for proper operation.
Notifications
Under the 'Messages' section you indicate how SORFORT Banking should communicate after a payment. By default, an e-mail notification is included. However, to ensure that the status of the orders is also passed on to your web shop, you also need an 'http message'. See figure 3 for the correct settings.

Project password and input control
You must create both a 'Project Password' and a 'Notification Password'. You enter this later in your web store.
Please note! In 'Hash Algorithm' you have to choose 'SHA512'.
CCV Shop settings
The settings for SOFORT Banking in CCV Shop can be found via: ''Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > Order process & Stock > Payment methods'.
Customer ID:
This is the Customer ID you received from SOFORT Banking.
Project ID:
The project ID can be found in the 'Project overview'.
Project Password:
This is the Project password that SOFORT Banking generated.
Notification Password:
See Project Password.
Extra cost:
Below you can indicate the extra costs for the use of SOFORT Banking. These are in addition to the total amount (figure 6).
