This manual describes how to activate Sisow in your webshop. No extra costs will be charged for activating the link.

Please note! You need to purchase package M or L from CCV Shop in order to use this payment system.

Sign up Sisow

Log in to Sisow. You will receive a confirmation email with your Merchant ID and Merchant Key which you must fill in at CCV Shop. Below the login screen:
Please note! Sisow is a Dutch website, and is not available for the English language. The below screenshots will be in Dutch.

Login in your Sisow account with your username and password as stated in the confirmation email. Then complete your profile via "My Profile".

My profile

On the 'My Profile' page it is possible to record password, user name, name and address details. This is important for payment transactions. A number of technical settings are also recorded, such as a payment description and a URL that ensures that after a payment the customer returns to the desired page (webshop page). Below we will discuss the most important pages.

All NAW and company details are entered in the screen below:

Company Name (Bedrijfsnaam) 
Name of the organization.

E-mail (Email) 
The e-mail address to which any messages of received payments will arrive.

Street (Straat) 
Name of the user. During login, the name of the user is visible on the homepage.

House number (Huisnummer)
House number of the organization.

Postal Code (Postcode)
Postcode of the organization.

Residence (Woonplaats)
Residence of the organization.

Country (Land)
Country of the organization.

Phone (Telefoon)
The mobile number to which any text messages from received payments will arrive.

Chamber of Commerce number (KVK)
Chamber of Commerce number of the organization

VAT number (BTW nummer) 
VAT number of the organization

Webshop (Webshop) 
Choose here CCV / BiedMeer

Webshop URL (Webshop URL)
Enter the URL of your web store here.

My profile - Upload
In the screen below you can personalize the bank selection screen with your own logo (logo bank choice).

Browse (Bladeren) 
By means of the button 'bladeren' which means browse in English, it is possible to upload a photo  so that it can be seen for the customer while selecting the bank in question.

My profile - Pay out
On this page, institutions are defined that indicate when the payments will be transferred to the relevant bank account.Bank
Bank (Banknaam) 
for the funds to be received.

Account (IBAN) 
Bank account for the funds to be received.

Name (Naam) 
Bank name for the funds to be received.

Day (s) (Dagen) 
Here it is indicated whether payment is to be made on the day and in which cycle this takes place.

Revenue
You can opt for payment in connection with the turnover achieved.

Transaction (Transactie) 
The frequency can be linked to the number of transactions that took place.

My profile - Advanced
On this page you have to fill in a description. The four URLs do not have to be filled in, in combination with CCV Shop.

Fixed (payment) description (Vaste betaalomschrijving) 
A predefined payment description. This can be influenced by you. Choose the name of your web store here.

Always use fixed description (Vaste omschrijving altijd gebruiken)
You have to check this when you want to apply the field above.

CCV Shop settings
You have to activate Sisow in the maintenance tool of CCV Shop. You can find this setting via: ''Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > Order process & stock > Payment methods'.

Merchant ID
You receive the Merchant ID from Sisow via the e-mail notification.

Merchant Key
You will receive the Merchant Key from Sisow via the e-mail notification.

Sisow test mode
If this is checked, iDEAL transactions take place via a virtual bank. Here the status is determined with which you can return to your CCV Shop webshop.

Maximum amount for ecare transactions: 
Any extra costs that you would like to charge per payment method for the use of iDEAL transactions via Sisow.
