iDEAL ING

CCV Shop supports iDEAL of ING Bank, the package that CCV Shop supports is the Professional version. Because CCV Shop is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) at the ING Bank, you can easily realize a link. 

Procedure

1. Apply for an iDEAL account on the ING Bank website. When applying, choose Payment Service Provider for CCV Shop so that you can easily integrate iDEAL.
2. You can ignore the standard email you receive from ING with 7 test orders, if you have indicated that CCV SHOP will be your PSP when you have requested iDEAL in your dashboard.
3. You will receive an acceptant ID after requesting the iDEAL account.
4. Your iDEAL connection is only active as soon as ING Bank has received and approved your contract.
5. You must enter your acceptor ID in the back office of your CCV Shop. You can find this setting under "My Webshop > Settings > Ordering process & Stock > Payment methods''. You must fill in this acceptor ID in the maintenance tool of CCV Shop. You tick iDEAL and choose 'ING Advanced' at bank. Then enter your accepted acceptant ID below.
6. If your account has been approved by ING Bank, iDEAL will work directly in your CCV Shop.
7. You should carry out a test order in your own webshop to see if everything works. 

Multiple web shops under the same connection

Through SubIDs you can use a single iDEAL connection on multiple web shops. All payments from all online stores will then arrive at 1 iDEAL account. By giving each web store a different SubID, you can still separate the payment per webshop. You must indicate in your ING Bank iDEAL dashboard that you use SubIDs and then you must define these SubIDs. For questions about this, we refer you to the ING Bank. The use of SubIDs is only useful when you have multiple online stores at CCV Shop. If you have only one web store, the SubID should be "0".

Already an existing ING Bank Ideal contract 

If you already have an iDEAL contract with ING Bank, you can go to CCV Shop with ING via a ticket or telephone. You do not have to do test orders and all settings are automatically set for a simple connection between the two.

You can find these settings under ''My Webshop > Settings > Ordering process & Stock > Payment methods''. Below you can see an example of this. If you do not see this you first have to install the app, you can find the app here: "Starting point > App Store > iDEAL".
