CCV Shop has established a link with PostNL. PostNL offers a labelling solution for web shop owners who wish to organize their shipping process in a more convenient and cost-effective way. The main benefits include attractive prices, excellent service and reliable delivery by PostNL. Using the link developed by CCV Shop, you can easily register your shipments with PostNL by simply clicking a button in the maintenance tool. You can then immediately print the label. In addition, the Track & Trace code will be automatically added to the order so that you can inform customers by means of status updates that include the Track & Trace code.
This will save a lot of time because you do not have to re-enter data, or work with import files. This manual describes how to create the PostNL link and subsequently use it.
Please note! Labels are only created for orders shipped within Europe. No labels are created for orders shipped cash-on-delivery. If a label has already been created for a particular order, a new label can nevertheless be generated for that order.

Forwarding orders to PostNL
There are two ways to forward orders to PostNL and print labels: using an individual order or a group action.
1. Individual order
As you probably know, all orders (incoming and otherwise) can be managed in the order management environment (Starting point > My Customers > Order management). When you click on an order in this environment, a new window providing all details of the order will be displayed. If you then go to the ‘Links’ tab, you will see a heading ‘Export order to PostNL’. Here you can select the options for printing this particular order.
If you wish to forward the order to PostNL, you must click ‘Register order with PostNL and download label’. The order is then forwarded to PostNL, which will then create a shipment. Once this step has been successfully completed, you will receive a label that you can download and print. In addition, the Track & Trace code will be automatically entered in the order details so you can inform the customer.
2. Group Actions
If you wish to forward multiple orders to PostNL at the same time and/or print multiple labels at the same time, you can use a so-called ‘group action’. In the order management environment, you can tick a box for each order. In this way, you can select multiple orders that you wish to forward to PostNL. In the pull-down menu called ‘Select group action’, you must then select the option ‘PostNL labels’. All selected orders are then automatically forwarded. In addition, a label is created for each order, which you can then download.
Overview of shipments
In the order management environment, you can see whether or not each order has been forwarded to PostNL, and whether this action was successfully completed.
An icon of a green truck means that the order was successfully forwarded to PostNL. Thanks to these icons, you always have an overview of the orders that have been shipped. In the ‘Links’ tab, you will also find a history of the PostNL actions for each individual order.
