Group action product

In the product management you have the possibility to perform group actions.
These are actions that you can do on multiple products at the same time. In this article all options are discussed, indicated what a certain action entails and whether this can only be done in a group action or that this is also possible per individual product. 

Change default delivery time:
With this you can change the delivery time that is used when there is sufficient stock at a product. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit category:
By means of this group action you have the possibility to change or add the category of several products at the same time. A category can also be added to a product without a category. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit package:
With this action you can adjust the packaging for several products at the same time. These are the packaging that you have already made before. This promotion can also be individually modified per product.

Edit VAT rate:
This action makes it possible to adjust the VAT percentage for several products at the same time. This can also be individually modified per product.

Edit weight:
Through this action, you can change the weight of several products all at once. You can choose to enter the absolute weight or to adjust increases or decreases to the current weight

Edit prices:
Through this action you have the possibility to increase or decrease the existing price, you can also choose to add a completely new price. You can indicate whether or not any scales should be adjusted during the adjustment. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit discount: 
With this action you have the possibility to apply a discount to the product or to remove it. You can add the discount as an amount to the current amount, but you can also choose to add a percentage discount.
Removing the discount is easiest to do through this group action by removing the discount with 100%, so you always get the exact amount that applied to the discount. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit brand: 
With this group action you have the possibility to change the brand of the product. 
If you have not entered a brand, you can also provide the products with a brand through this action. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit search words: 
Through this action you can add search words to the product or even replace them.
This action can also be individually modified per product.

Enable / disable stock:
Through this action you have the possibility to turn the stock on or off with several products at the same time. This promotion can also be individually modified per product.

Edit stock: 
With this action you can adjust the stock for several products at the same time.
This is also possible individually per product.

Delete products:
With this action you can delete several products at once.
It is also possible to remove the products individually.

Edit layout:
With this promotion you have the possibility to adjust the layout of multiple products.
You can choose from a few different layout options: quick ordering, split layout, standard or tab layout. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Display product in layout:
Show product in the layout of the website if Window "In the offer" is present.
With this action you can set that for several products at the same time. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Product on home page:
With this group action you have the possibility to place several products at the same time in the offer on the start page or modular page. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Main category:
With this group action you have the possibility to change the main category in the metadata for several products at the same time. This is useful when you have to create the main category for, for example, Beslist. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit subcategory:
With this promotion you have the possibility to change the sub category in the metadata for several products at the same time. This is useful when you have to create the subcategory for, for example, Beslist. This promotion can also be individually modified per product.

Change Google shopping category:
This action allows you to customize the Google Shopping category for multiple products or
if you have not already filled this in, you can add this. This promotion can also be individually modified per product.

Include in export file:
With this action you can add multiple products to your export file.

Show at Marketplace / Admarkt:
Through this action you can indicate which products you wish to display at Marktplaats. You should of course use the link with Marktplaats. This action can also be individually modified per product.

Edit Trade Tracker product ID:
You have the possibility to change the product ID you received from Trade Tracker through this group action. 

Relevant products:

You have the option to link products together via a group action.
