Feedback in this way plays an important role within your company.
To use this link you first have to register with Feedback Company. You get data from them including the "The Feedback Company connector code". You have to enter this in the maintenance tool of your webshop via "Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > Ordering process & stock > The Feedback Company".
Apart from filling in the connector code you can also set how many days the customer should be invited and after how many days a possible reminder should come, or not. It is also possible to state when an assessment must be sent, this can be sent based on a completed order or on the status.
