Forgotten the password for your webshop? After one failed login attempt, you have the option of clicking on “Forgotten password”, to have a new password sent to your email address. If this does not work, or if your webshop and maintenance panel are blocked, please send your user (login) name or email address and your webshop name to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating that you have forgotten your password. We will then reset your password and send it to the email address in our records. In most cases, your access will be restored on the same day.
If your customers forget their password, they can apply for a new one if your webshop includes an account page. Customers can have their password reset by entering their user name on this page. A link will be sent to the email address they provide, enabling them to reset their password.
