Product review

Reading customer reviews almost always affects the customer's final purchase willingness, either positive or negative.

That is why you have the opportunity to have your customers create a product review when purchasing a product. The product review can be set up in the maintenance tool through: '' Starting point > My Webshop > Settings > General > Product Review". 
Please note! This is an app you have to install in the app store. 

Here you can set multiple components such as:

E-mail notification:
You indicate whether or not you want to receive an e-mail when a customer has created a review.

User level for reviews:
Here you set the user level for product reviews. This determines which customers can post a review when reviews are on.

When to allow reviews:
Here you can set whether reviews should only be visible after you have approved them or that they are immediately visible.

The approval of the product review can be done in the maintenance tool through ''Starting point > My Products > Product Review''.

Number of visible product reviews:
Here you set the number of reviews that will initially be visible on the product page. This value also determines the number of reviews that are loaded when the "more" button is pressed.

Confirmation text:
Here you create the text that the customer reads after creating a product review.
