Do you want to stop certain apps? Or do you want to cancel your webshop? Read below on how you are able to do this.
1. Have you installed paid apps in the App Store which you want to stop? Then you can simply de-install the app in the App Store. The billing will then stop for that app from the following month.
2. Do you have package M or L and an extra module active (extra data traffic, accounting links, Facebook webshop or the multilingual module)? You can stop this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. These modules must have been active for at least one complete calendar month in order to be canceled.
3. If you want to cancel your web shop, you must inform us of this. CCV Shop works with a notice period of 1 month. The minimum contract duration is 1 year and is automatically extended with the same period. You can cancel your subscription at CCV Shop by creating a Support ticket or emailing it to email@example.com. Always enter your CCV Shop name (your username) in order to process the cancellation correctly.
Your subscription ends as of 31-05-2018 because you started your webshop in May 2017. Please note that you cancel your subscription at least one month before the end of the contract, otherwise it will automatically be extended by one year.
Please note: You will always receive a confirmation of the cancellation from CCV Shop stating per when the contract is terminated. Without this confirmation your cancellation will not be processed and your contract will continue.
Note: If you have a domain name through CCV Shop this domain name will also end.
Upon explicit request, you can renew your domain name after the expiry date (a 35, - excl. VAT per year). If you do not choose this and still want to keep your domain name you can always transfer your domain name to another provider. This new provider can request the move for this.
